Analysing the data from thousands of Diversity and Inclusion surveys that have been run on the Divrsity platform reveals that 17% of participants said either "Yes" or "Prefer not to Say" when asked whether they are neurodiverse.

That's an enormous, and potentially invisible, cohort that can be made to feel included or excluded by organisational policies and behaviours.
